Floats like a butterfly, stings like a bee...see how fast her hand moves - you can't even see it! It's important to hold your mouth just so!
It's also important to have the correct footwear when boxing (in a fashion sense more than a practical sense).
Next morning, Saturday, Mate brought Mum out. It was his 77th birthday. I gave him some tomato relish and a packet of dried dates with an expiry date long gone. Meg tried to give him a can of dog food for his little terrier (terror) Gundi, but he didn't want it. It wasn't the "right" calibre of food ie it wasn't something really expensive that comes in a tiny container. Most spoilt dog in Australia, Gundi is. Never one to miss an opportunity to socialise, Poofy flew in the door as everyone walked inside so he and Mate had a little chat.
Mate left to go back to town; Peter was picking him up to go to an air show at Oakey. He's a long time plane enthusiast. Meg and I went to town to buy party supplies and I had a quick haircut. Drew and Gibbo went to the farm and Mum sat and waited for someone to come home again.
After lunch, we packed up the cars and all headed off to the farm except for Meg who stayed home and cooked the birthday cake and iced the macarons.
We cleaned.
We spread the last of the manure (48 loads). The last of the mulch was used up too so all the piles are gone now.
We got half way down the "tail".
Poofy came to check our workmanship.
Mum and Coco had a moment - they have a lot of these kind of moments that usually end in Coco sitting on Mum's lap having a cuddle.
We went home on dark for pizzas and soft drink, eaten whilst sitting on the floor. There was more to do. There was marble score 3 cow beef to cut up although we thought a score of 3 was selling it a bit short.

I do hope you had a wonderful day. I'm just salivating looking at that steak.
