Shedders

Andrew has some dorper sheep that he's selling; we're the lucky purchasers of a handful of ewes and lambs. We went to the farm this afternoon to check fencing but decided that they're better off in the old camel pen here at home until we can sheep proof the paddock behind the chook pen at Woodlawn. We don't want any escapees.

It was just on sunset when we got there - we haven't been down there this late in the day before. It was quite beautiful and peaceful. We took a drive up the laneway to the back paddock to check the little charolais calf. Here he/she is, peeking through the grass at us while Momma and sister look on.

A beautiful time of the afternoon.

A bottle tree pic for Fiona. We have them too!

Just on dark on the dam bank.

Sunset at Woodlawn. There's a lot more of these to come.

We took a walk around the house yard to see what else needs finishing before Sunday. It looks like we just need to spread manure and bark chip in the last round garden and we're done. Awesome job.
