It's My BIIRRRFFFFFDAY.........

For days leading up to the 3rd of June each year we are under no illusion as to whose birthday is imminent. At every opportunity Meg reminds us. This year was no different!
She believes that birthdays are very special and that everyone should be made to feel very special on their big day. So we do what we can!

Some purple and black gum boots for helping in the permy garden, some flash water bottles for work (a different one for each day of the week), a warm dressing gown to match her slippers and an "apple slinky" as well as a little bit of product from the Body Shop.

Gibbo cooked us bacon and eggs for brekky and he took Meg to Mary's for lunch. The girls there got her a patty cake and stuck a candle in it. I also made these.

We're going to have Chinese for dinner tonight at Mum's. Drew can't come as he has late rehearsal for the theatre restaurant which opens tomorrow night.

So, all in all, I think the birthday was a success! Lucky it only comes once a year.
