Happy Fathers Day

While we were at the farm yesterday Meg stayed home and made this. Gibbo's all time favourite dessert is strawberry cheesecake. His sister Desley makes it occasionally for him and I've made it maybe 4 times in 25 years (?). It was perfect, the best he's ever had! It was very, very good! We had it last night after ox tail casserole.

She also made an oreo cheesecake - it was good but not as good as the strawberry one!

Jill R gave us these oranges last week; they're the sweetest, juiciest ones I've had in years. I juiced them this morning for our Fathers Day Breakfast.

Meg made coffee.
