Life on a Small Farm

In early September we sold 13 wagyu and the charolais heifer - this year's crop of females. We also preg tested the cows and ended up with 31 our of 33 in calf.

Gibbo and Henry cleaned out the concrete water tank. This happened while I was recovering from my stay in hospital; real glad I missed this job.

14 of 17 bull calves became steers; we kept 3 entire to grow out. Coco wasn't hungry that night.
