The Business of Incubating
After much research (none of it by me) we ordered, paid for and picked up a new incubator. Turns out the person who makes them lives less than an hour from us. It's serious business, incubating eggs. When you can fit 440 eggs at once, everyone wants to be your friend. It sits right at the side door, just underneath the kitchen window and next to our outdoor table, and hums away, doing its thing. If it was any closer it would be inside...but I drew the line there.
