Up Early Again

This time to plant lettuce and beetroot. The heat yesterday knocked the little spinach plants around but they should recover; most of them anyway. I picked some tomatoes from the bushes that just refuse to die. Looks like there might be some more relish bottled this weekend. My Dad will be happy!

We're on our way to Brisbane; one of us is going to the first day of the first test against South Africa. Another opportunity to (mis)behave like teenage boys. The other one of us is taking Drew shopping to get his money and supplies (jocks and sox) for India. He already has his long list of medications for malaria, mild diarrhoea, severe/travellers diarrhoea, antibiotic for chest and skin infections and nausea. He leaves in just over a week. Geez, that came quick.
