I pumped up my tyres and rode to town with a very favourable cross/tailwind chasing me all the way. It was fabulous!! 25.4km at an average of 24.4km. Wish it was always that easy! Gibbo came and picked me up; it would have been brutal turning and riding for home in that wind!
