Hawaii - Day 5 - Tuesday April 23, 2013 - Day of Rest

This has been the laziest day so far. The boys had their "technical conference" and P and L and I went for coffee. I caught up on emails then went to the gym for an hour and rode the exercise bikes (upright and recumbant) for an hour while reading my Lance book. Later I met up with the girls again and we floated on bean bags in the infinity pool until I got too cold. I got out and sat at the bar that overlooks the infinity pool while the girls floated right in front of me. We had lunch right there and a couple of cocktails. The rest of the day was spent swimming and sleeping and reading.

Dinner that night was at BLT Steak in Trump Tower: BLT brings its signature culinary style and impeccable French technique to Honolulu’s famed Waikiki Beach. BLT Steak elevates the classic American steakhouse with signature style, French influence and all-around finesse. The menu offers prime cuts of beef, fresh seafood, a wide variety of tempting side dishes and classic American desserts. Regional blackboard specials feature local fish, local produce and a number of raw bar selections. http://reviews.opentable.com/0938/38437/reviews.htm. We weren't served individual meals - each table shared the food.
