The Flock Grows

Turns out there was an extra baby in the last round of births - today I spied 4 new little ones. Their mothers brought them up into the home paddock to show them off. We now have 7 lambs in total. The original twins are doing really well.

Number 7. This is my favourite sheep; she reminds me of a very chic French woman on the streets of Paris. She wears a well fitted wool coat with a beautiful shawl that meets neatly at the front of the neck; she wears a look on her face that implies indifference and a touch of haughtiness; she stands like a model with one leg forward so as to show off her best side; and she never smiles.
