Semester 5 and Blue Cheese Pumpkin

Drew is at the pointy end of the semester; his second last one! Assignments, essays, exams and work have combined to make him extremely busy. However, he and his 2 unit mates always have time for a dinner party and he is most adventurous in his culinary endeavours. Here he cooked roast pork and blue cheese stuffed butternut pumpkin (from the River Cottage cookbook). Apparently, it was very, very good (not his exact words but I can't really repeat how awesome it tasted on a family page such as this!).
