Afterwards, we went for a drive to in the rain. The mountains were shrouded in mist.
The grass has responded beautifully. Paddocks that only a few weeks ago were dry and brown are now lush and green.
The cows are ready to move on again in the rotation; they came to the fence, ready, but they'll have to wait another week.
The charolais is growing nicely.
I bought the little gravy boat that Meg and I saw at P&C last week. A bargain at $5.
