P&H Soup
For someone who professes to not have a great interest in food (if you don't eat, you die) I seem to be posting a lot of food pictures and tales lately. Today is no different. The misty day called for pea and ham soup. I didn't go with the recipe I've used previously (Gourmet Traveller); I googled and found a new one - by Margaret Fulton. I figured it had to be good......and it sure was.

We've been pea & hamming this week also Mare.
Your gardening always inspires me. After one too many pig escapes recently, my chook dome is nearly on its last legs. The big fella should hopefully finish a new moveable pen for me today and I'm determined to get my rotating vege patch back in order over the cooler months. A composting workshop a couple of weeks ago has helped with motivation. Fingers crossed.
