Meg also made basil pesto; one of the tastiest things I've ever eaten. How something so simple can taste so good I'll never know (the basil and pumpkin love the sheep manure).
This year's hampers also have shortbread, gingerbread, tomato relish, washing liquid, a tea towel, a dishcloth, a plant (purple iris) and rocky road - no homemade soap this year; the soap lady was just too tired in October to make it in time.
