Another Wonderful Christmas

Just like all the others that have gone before, we had a lovely, lovely Christmas day. An early start, exchange of gifts, final preparations - everything flowed smoothly and we had a relaxed morning. Gibbo continued to spread hay in the garden while Meg, Mum and I worked inside. The boys arrived and we all enjoyed a very filling lunch. My Dad didn't come out this year; he's not a Christmas junkie and he wanted a quiet day. He's gearing up for open heart surgery early in the new year.

Meg made the eggs this year; I think the job might be hers from now on.

We ate inside this year; less hassle, no flies.

My gift will be here in a few weeks. Really looking forward to that!

The hampers.
