Drew Goes Diving

Mid to late March, Drew and Adrian went to the Philippines, to Pandan Island, diving. In no particular order these photos are a small insight into what they saw and experienced. Awesome that my children love the world so much.

He's back at Uni now, studying hard and doing mid-sem exams. Going well.

LIfe in Coron

Drew climbs the local mountain each afternoon to enjoy the sunset. Well I think he enjoys it - or maybe not?!!

Back in Coron

Drew arrived back in Coron today after sailing back up from El Nido. It looks to have been a particularly taxing and difficult journey. Not.

PADI Certified

Drew completed his dive course and is now PADI certified. He left El Nido today on the return journey to Coron where he'll spend a week diving - then come home and get a job!

Day 1 of learning to scuba dive; I said don't forget to hold your breath; he said the first rule of diving is don't hold your breath or your lungs will explode.
