Meg bought a flat pack chook pen; it had a lot of pieces, 6 bags of different sized screws and very minimal instructions! It took a few hours to fully build and we didn't have too many arguments! It's a cracking little chook pen!
What a handy Dad!
Granny was the Keeper of the Screws.
We took 4 chooks out but ended up bringing the white one home again. It's the perfect size for 3 - a silver pencilled wyandotte, a partridge wyandotte and a black silkie.
Last Sunday (Sept 6) was Father's Day. We drove out to Roma to help Meg with her back yard garden and chook pen construction. Even though it was Father's Day we put Gibbo to work.
My big focus right now, apart from work, is our animals. Each day when I go out I look for the little things - and invariably find something cute or funny going on. It's a great way to view the world.
Sunday morning a week ago; it rained all afternoon the day before - next morning was foggy and misty and beautiful. I had to go to the office for end of month closing but enjoyed the early morning first.
The cobwebs were amazing.
A bit blurry but so beautiful.
The sheep had wandered off into Pdk 9 and came to me out of the mist! How funny they are! I love my sheep!
